Kingsway is seeking a Director of Discipleship to provide strategic leadership and direction for the making of disciples across our church. This role oversees our Discipleship team; Groups, Care, and Outreach, helping shape clear and intentional pathways that lead people to become more like Jesus. The ideal candidate is a spiritually mature leader with a deep passion for spiritual formation and experience leading and developing staff teams. This role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities while providing vision, alignment, and pastoral leadership across ministries. Preaching and teaching experience is required.

Kingsway is looking for a part-time Guest Engagement Minister (25 hours) to help create a warm, welcoming, and intentional environment for everyone who steps onto our campus. This role exists to support and encourage guests as they take their first steps in Kingsway’s engagement pathway.
Working closely with the Director of Experience, you’ll lead, equip, and encourage volunteers to bring Kingsway’s mission to life through hospitality, guest engagement, and meaningful first impressions.
What We’re Looking For:

3–5 years of experience in hospitality, event planning, or volunteer leadership

Kingsway is looking for a part-time Production Specialist (25 hours) to support our Production Team! Working closely with the Production Manager, you’ll help maintain, improve, and operate production systems while also supporting and developing our volunteer team.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of experience in live production (AVL systems)
- Strong organizational & troubleshooting skills
- A team player with excellent relational & volunteer development skills
- Someone who loves worship, values excellence, and thrives in a collaborative environment
Kingsway is looking for a part-time Experience Coordinator to help support our Experience Team! Working closely with our Experience Team, you'll help to manage projects for various teams while also providing support for the Director of Experience.

- A heart for hospitality & creating welcoming experiences
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative setting
We're looking for a part-time Discipleship Coordinator to join our team! This role will help support the Connections/Groups, Outreach, and Care ministries of Kingsway.
What we're looking for:
- Use your detail-oriented mindset to manage systems and keep things running smoothly
- Communicate clearly and confidently with leaders, volunteers, and church members
- Assist in event planning and coordination
- Utilize internal systems and databases to track engagement and support ministry efforts
