Kingsway is looking for a part-time Campus Experience Lead (20 hours) to help create a warm and welcoming environment for everyone who steps onto our campus! Working closely with our Director of Experience, you’ll lead, equip, and encourage volunteers to bring Kingsway’s mission to life through hospitality, guest engagement, and meaningful first impressions.
What We’re Looking For:

3–5 years of experience in hospitality, event planning, or volunteer leadership

Kingsway is looking for a part-time Production Specialist (25 hours) to support our Production Ministry! Working closely with our Production Manager, you’ll help maintain, improve, and operate production systems while also supporting and developing our volunteer team.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of experience in live production (AVL systems)
- Strong organizational & troubleshooting skills
- A team player with excellent relational & volunteer development skills
- Someone who loves worship, values excellence, and thrives in a collaborative environment
Kingsway is looking for a part-time Creative Media Specialist (20 hours) to support our Communications Team! You’ll help create visually compelling content that tells the story of what God is doing in and through Kingsway while supporting ministries with design, video, and photography.
What We’re Looking For:

Kingsway is looking for a part-time Experience Coordinator to help support our Experience Team! Working closely with our Experience Team, you'll help to manage projects for various teams while also providing support for the Director of Experience.

- A heart for hospitality & creating welcoming experiences
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative setting
We're looking for a part-time Discipleship Coordinator to join our team! This role will help support the Connections/Groups, Outreach, and Care ministries of Kingsway.
What we're looking for:
- Use your detail-oriented mindset to manage systems and keep things running smoothly
- Communicate clearly and confidently with leaders, volunteers, and church members
- Assist in event planning and coordination
- Utilize internal systems and databases to track engagement and support ministry efforts
