Early Childhood Minister
The Early Childhood Minister provides leadership for Small and Large Group experiences in Kids Ministry (infant–kindergarten) and oversees programming for Kingsway’s learning academy partner. This role regularly evaluates ministry effectiveness and ensures alignment with Kingsway’s overall mission. In addition, this role collaborates with the Family Ministry team to create programming, events, and resources that support and equip all families.

Executive Pastor
The Executive Pastor is the champion of the culture and the leadership development of our staff and people. From kids to students, outreach to connections, staff meetings to retreats, conferences to one on one's, this role is laser focused on the growth and development of our team so that the Cultural Behaviors are lived out here at Kingsway.
Andy Cala
Facilities Specialist
The Facilities Specialist addresses needed repairs on the church property while also carrying out any necessary maintenance and some custodial work. Working alongside the Facilities Manager, this team works to care for the physical body of God's house to ensure that it is both presentable and functional for the sake of all ministers and guests.
