A Letter From Pastor Matt: Year End Giving
December 13, 2017 | Matt Nickoson
Merry Christmas! It’s a busy time of the year, but it’s so joyful as we celebrate the gift of hope found in Christ and the open door standing before us for the coming year.
It’s an exciting time at Kingsway as we join God on His mission to reach our community and world with salvation. We are each a part of sharing that Good News and helping to serve unmet needs around us. You, as a member of the Kingsway family, are making a difference
Whether its kids in our own backyard at Kingsway Christian School, poverty-stricken girls in India who need education, underserved communities in Mexico needing medical attention, addressing recovery needs from hurricanes in Haiti and the Dominican Republic, or with the thousands of families in Hendricks County that call Kingsway home, each day God gives help and hope through our generous acts of kindness. And it could not happen without you.
There are a few more days in 2017 for us to make sure care and compassion are still offered. It must not stop. You share in the Kingsway mission, and we all can share some ability to give, and that adds up to
As your pastor, I am asking you to act on these last couple of weeks in 2017 with a special year-end gift to Kingsway. Each dollar is a worthy investment in all God is doing and plans to do in our community of faith. We may not all give the same amounts, but we all can give. I surrender to Christ, before you, to be “all in” with my time, service and investments in God’s great Kingdom work. Will you join me?
Give today. Give this week. Join the hundreds of others who are “all in” on what God is doing at Kingsway and let’s end this year knowing care and compassion will not stop but continue because you love Christ by giving to others.
You can give in many ways - online, through the mail, in-person, and even through text. Visit www.kingswaychurch.org/explore/give for more information.
Thank you for making a sacrifice for others to know Christ, have water and food, and our family in our community and world can be reminded that God is here. Life is hard, but we don’t have to walk it alone. Thank you for how you show your love to others by giving.
