Here is a list of short term trips currently planned for 2008 & 2009. South Dakota – This trip will focus on 4 tasks - Mentoring to youth in the Black Hills, cleaning and marking local cemetery, office work with miscellaneous historical items, and evening community events. Approximate cost for the trip will be $700.
Saltillo, Mexico – This mission trip will be working with our living link missionaries, Ernesto and Olga Fuentes. We will focus on construction tasks at the Christian camp established near Saltillo, in the village of La Preza, and interact will local residents during daily work and evening activities. The cost per person for the trip will be in the $1,000 - $1,200 range, largely depending on flight costs. This trip is closed for 2008.
Show Low, Arizona – This team will work with American Indian Christian Mission in various capacities. Light cleanup and construction around the AICM campus and assisting with the bus ministry that reaches out to youth in the community will be two of the main focuses.
