The Stephen Ministry can be a source of comfort and encouragement when you or a member of your family is experiencing a difficult time. Through this ministry you will be paired with a trained Kingsway Stephen minister who will offer one-on-one and confidential support, friendship and prayer.

Giving care

The Stephen Ministry equips lay volunteers at Kingsway to provide Christian care to those who are experiencing difficulties in their lives. Stephen ministers receive 50 hours of training to provide emotional and spiritual care. If you are a good listener and a compassionate person, you may want to prayerfully consider becoming a Stephen minister.
