Life Group Covenants

When you are not here, something's missing....
Life group covenants are a resources designed to place value on commitment and participation within the group and to place value on the individuals participating in the group. This should not be regarded as a legal document, but be a seen as a help to foster spiritual growth and intimacy within the small group.
Life group covenants stipulate the mutual expectations and responsibilities involved when we participate in relationships. When preparing a covenant all parties involved should have equal vote. Conversations around conflicts should continue until consensus is reached. When completing a covenant, you will want to consider identity issues (who we are); task issues (what we do); communication issues (how we interact); and role issues (who does what).
